It’s been said that “when things change inside you, things change around you.” I am not sure of the originator of this quote, but perhaps my lack of reference can be best substantiated with Lauryn Hill’s “How you gon’ win when you ain’t right within?”

When the externalities of life get stressful, it is important to step back and try and find some internal balance in order to attain a sense of tranquility. Obtaining inner peace is easier said than done, but meditation can help to make the winding path a lot more straight. During a very stressful time this past week, I was able to find a short meditation sequence by Adriene Mishler of “Yoga with Adrienne” on Youtube; and it really helped me to put my stressors into perspective.
